Vehicle Estimator - VDA

About You:

You must be an experienced VDA Estimator with knowledge of estimating costs for small to large scale vehicle damage, over a wide range of vehicles, including Electric/Hybrid vehicles.  You will have experience and confidence using Audatex and operating the bodyshop management system - Autoflow or other manufacturer programmes as required for the role. Training will be supported on EV, Autoflow and Manufacturer systems. 

You must be an excellent communicator and able to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking and flexibility in your approach along with customer satisfaction and professional representation. 

A Clean driving license essential.

About the Job

As an experienced estimator the role involves assessing a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex to calculate costings and time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.  This will involve liaising with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships and customers. Create accurate damage assessments using the correct manufacturer repair methods or systems. Planning daily workload effectively to ensure vehicles are repaired to our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Work must be carried out to a high standard and have knowledge and skillset in accordance to manufacturers specifications. The estimating role is the forefront of our operation and customer communication and professional representation is extremely important to maintain our reputation and level of recognised achievements/awards within the industry.

Salary: up to £45k per annum subject to skills and experience 

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. and Friday - 8.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. (42hrs)

Holidays: 29 days holiday including public holidays plus additional days with service
